Memorial Day weekend here we come! Whoo hoo!! I don’t know about you but our weekend is looking a litttttle different than we had planed a few months back. But that’s ok. Our focus on what’s important has definitely shifted and we’re moving toward a simpler, slowed down version of our old life. While part of me wants to go back to where we were a few months ago, another part of me is so appreciating these slower times and looking to what what we want to focus on moving forward.
We’re living at my Mom’s this summer on “Reihman Road,” where I grew up and where I’ve dreamt of getting back to one day. Well here we are, at least for the next 2 months. With lots of space and fields for miles, we’re planning on daily creek walks, gardening, grilling, picnicking, wild flower picking, fire pit talks and just enjoying the summer sun!
